We use Royal Mail delivery services, our standard 3-5 day service costs £4.95 to Mainland UK. Our 48hr service costs £7.95. Our Next Day Service costs £9.95 in Mainland UK. In order to receive your item(s) the next day, orders should be placed by Midday, Monday - Friday. Should Next Day delivery be chosen after Midday on Friday up until Monday midday, your item(s) will arrive Tuesday. Should there be a delay or issue with your delivery, please contact for help in resolving the problem.

Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage based on the estimated size and weight of your items. For International parcels weighing more than 2kg we use DHL EXPRESS.

Following Brexit there may be customs fees for EU orders. W.A.Green does not take responsibility for any customs fees and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. For International purchases, we offer Royal Mail for items weighing under 2kg or DHL Express for items weighing more than 2kg. The shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

The UK is shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. Please note the  service to the EU, United States, Australia, New Zealand and other international territories is not a Delivery Duty Paid service. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer Delivery Duty Paid services to regions not listed previously. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £100. However, from time to time W.A.Green offers other free shipping offers. To be kept up to date and find out when these offers are valid please sign up to our mailing list on our home page. Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods or a credit note will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. Please be aware of our shipping costs.

We also offer a Royal Mail returns service, please email for a label. The cost of this service is £4.95 and will be deducted from your refund. The parcel will need to be returned at The Post Office.

We advise returning any items back to us using a trackable service. The items being returned are the sole responsibility of the sender until they are received at our studio. 

Please ensure your parcel is clearly labelled with Goods To Be Returned and include your order number. 


If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund, items need to be posted/couriered back to us within 14 days of being purchased, or you can return your order in person to our studio team.  (Please Note: This option is not available during COVID-19 restrictions). Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to a refund or exchange and allow 1-2 working days for this to be processed. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs. Once this is received the new item will be posted within 1-2 working days.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, we at W.A.Green take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. If your item arrives damaged we ask that you send in photographs of the item in it’s original packaging to . We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting  Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. The full cost of delivery will be refunded and paid by W.A.Green if an item arrives damaged or is faulty.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1-2 days. Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations. W.A.Green credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us if you are not using our Royal Mail label service. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside UK.

We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used or have tags/stickers removed.

If any item is delivered broken you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check packages thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.
